  I would like to thank Brandon A, for helping me out today. He went above and beyond to get my pictures of my trip on my old phone. Thanks for being patient and figuring it out for me. This is a very good team member to have on your team. I am a manager for a retail store and I know how difficult customers can be. Thanks again Brandon A.
  
  Trevor was a bad manager. He did not help out what so ever with my I phone. He told me to buy a how new phone and did not try to help me out. Went to apple in novi mall it was fixed in seconds very disappointed with Trevor. I end up returning the phone and have my old one back that nothing wrong with it. Very disappointed in the manager.
