  As everyone has a right to voice their opinion, I feel some opinions are more creditable than others. In most cases this is based on data. Well, considering I have been going to this car wash for the last 3.5 years, somewhere in the neighborhood of two or in some cases three times a week, I think I can speak intelligently in terms of the service both in the initial pre-wash stage and in the hand drying area. I have never found or encountered the staff to be rude or unprofessional. Never was a tip questioned relative to the amount, or in some cases I simply didn’t have cash to offer a tip. Yet, no sly remarks! If I found my wheels not being sprayed to the level that I felt was required, I just asked the pre-wash attended to pay closer attention to that area. Again, my request was accepted and the issue was resolved without hesitation, or conflict. I will continue to pass the other car wash(s) that are closer to my home, for a better well executed wash here.
